These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ghoomo website at ghoomo.co ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Ghoomo is currently in pre-launch. The Site allows you to join a waitlist by providing your email address and selecting a role category. The Ghoomo platform and its full services are not yet available to the public.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Ghoomo when it launches. We will open access in waves and notify waitlist subscribers when their access is ready. Waitlist position does not create any contractual obligation on our part.
3. Your information
You agree to provide a valid email address when signing up. You must not use the signup form to submit false, misleading, or harmful information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, design, logos, graphics, and code — is owned by Ghoomo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Submit automated or bulk signups to the waitlist
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site beyond normal browsing
