• Role selection — the category you choose (Traveler, Guide/Expert, Business/OTA, or Partner)
• IP address and country — automatically detected via Cloudflare when you submit the form
• Timestamp — the date and time of your signup

• To add you to our waitlist and send you a confirmation email
• To notify you when early access becomes available
• To understand the geographic distribution and interests of our waitlist
• To send occasional updates about Ghoomo (no spam — we only email when we have something worth saying)

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare Workers KV, a globally distributed key-value store. Email delivery is handled through Resend, a transactional email service. Both services maintain industry-standard security practices.

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is shared only with:

• Cloudflare — for hosting and data storage
• Resend — for sending confirmation and update emails

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data from our waitlist
• Unsubscribe from any emails we send

Cookies
